The way it is assembled, wired, tested, and prepared at the factory determines how smoothly the installation and commissioning process will go, and how reliably the system will perform over its operational life.

What Happens Before a Generator Leaves Our Facility

Every generator EA Power supplies goes through a defined preparation process:

• Assembly verification - all components are checked against the specification to confirm correct fitment and configuration
• Wiring inspection - all electrical connections are inspected for correct termination, labelling, and routing
• Control system configuration - the generator control panel is configured to the specific requirements of the installation, including protection settings, alarm thresholds, and remote monitoring parameters
• Pre-delivery testing - the generator is run under load to verify engine performance, voltage and frequency stability, and control system operation
• Documentation preparation - all manuals, wiring diagrams, settings records, and commissioning checklists are prepared and checked before despatch
• Packaging and transport preparation - the unit is prepared for transport in a way that protects it from damage and ensures it arrives on site ready for installation
